How do you help a 7-year-old boy learn to read, who seemingly feels overwhelmed and worthless? The answer is Bonni Boschee and Read2Soar. The journey, for our family, from the question to the answer was a tough one. With Bonni and her program, in just 5 short months, he grew 2 years in his reading skills, and now he is on grade level.
Her patience, positivity, and productive program gave him a sense of being, belonging, and happiness, knowing he can read. He is less stressed and has learned skills to help find the words and answers. We continue to work with Bonni to reinforce reading skills, bolster his confidence, and nurture his love for reading. I wish we had known about Read2Soar sooner.
